There are several ways to make a motorcycle more visible, and I really think a loud exhaust is one of them. There are people who disagree with me. Time and time again the roll of the throttle has made assurance of being seen; whether behind a car about to pass or riding through a blind spot. Take the bigger trucks for example 150's and so; there have been times they have accidently cut me off due to the height difference. The Savage being a smaller bike some what hinders the situation; though now with the new muffler my presence is acknowledged.

I have been told that people use this excuse to run louder pipes; maybe so for some ,though Im sticking to my belief, "They do save lifes", but for some apparent reasoning alot of people are oblivious to this fact and say loud is abnoxious and rude. Mind you, Im not talking about hear you coming 5 minutes before I see you kind of decibels.

Just venting is all, thanks. Like to hear opinions on this matter from you all.

Free and safe.
